I have been using MSA for a couple of months now, and can honestly say that I have found it the quickest and easiest interface to build campaigns of 10000's of words and linking to specific pages. Not only thats but I am amazed at the level of personal support thats provided - and no, I'm not being sarcastic for once in my life ;) There have been times when I've had issues, and the phone-call for me is usually picked up and dealt with in no more than 5 minutes. On one occasion, MS even phoned me back, and as I wasn't near the computer, offered to make the necessary changes on my behalf so to minimise the delay to my Ads going live. Strange how different people have different experiences, different stories, and different feelings on what is deifned as a GUI. Stick with it mate and if you have any probs, you have my MSN. All the more frustrating given many web marketers I've seen mention AdCenter all rate the conversion rates they get through it, thanks to it's integration with a lot of default MS searches. The whole process just feels so wrong - ad edits, lack of field memory, slow keyword management, etc. They should look at AdWords and try at least copying it.
